After ScriptableRenderContext.Cull is done, CullingResults.visibleReflectionProbes will contain an array of reflection reflectionProbes that are visible. The visible reflection reflectionProbe structure contains packed
information for most commonly used ReflectionProbe variables, and a VisibleReflectionProbe.probe reference to the component itself.
