Parameters

numMsgs Number of messages sent.
numBufferedMsgs Number of messages currently buffered for sending.
numBytes Number of bytes sent.
lastBufferedPerSecond How many messages were buffered in the last second.

Description

Get statistics for outgoing traffic.
