    Constructor VariableRateManager

    VariableRateManager(UInt32, Boolean)

    Construct a RateUtils.VariableRateManager with a given Millisecond update rate.

    The update rate for the manager in Milliseconds, if the value is less then Unity.Entities.RateUtils.VariableRateManager.MinUpdateRateMS it will be set to it.

    Remarks
