Providing support to your customers

While Asset Store publishers aren’t obligated to offer support for every published asset, we recommend providing at least an email address for user inquiries.

To add your support contact information to your account:

  1. Go to the Asset Store Publisher Portal and click Profile in the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Locate the Contact section and edit the Customer Support details on the right.

  3. Please provide a customer support email address (required), and an optional website URL.

  4. Click the Save button to apply your changes, or click Cancel to discard.
