FAQ

Q:I’m outside China and cannot download Tuanjie Engine. How can this be resolved?

A:Tuanjie Engine is currently only available for users in Greater China region. If you encounter issues downloading from overseas, please contact us at assetstore-support@unity.cn for support.

Q:How do I report copyright violations or unauthorized use of my resources?

A:On the resource details page, scroll to the bottom and click “Report this asset”. Once we receive your report, we will verify it. If confirmed, we will disable the asset.

Q: How long does my asset review take?

A:The review time may vary depending on the package size and content. Once the review is complete, the result will be displayed in the Publisher Portal.

Q: What should I do if I encounter issues when uploading an asset?

A: You can refer to the official documentation for guidance. If the problem can not be solved, please contact us at assetstore-support@unity.cn.

Q:I don’t have a Unity China account. How can I log in to the Asset Store?

A:Please go to Create a Unity China ID, or on the Asset Store homepage, click Sign In → Log in with Unity ID → Create a Unity Account on the redirected page to complete your registration.
