Q：I’m outside China and cannot download Tuanjie Engine. How can this be resolved?

A：Tuanjie Engine is currently only available for users in Greater China region. If you encounter issues downloading from overseas, please contact us at assetstore-support@unity.cn for support.

Q：How do I report copyright violations or unauthorized use of my resources?

A：On the resource details page, scroll to the bottom and click “Report this asset”. Once we receive your report, we will verify it. If confirmed, we will disable the asset.

Q： How long does my asset review take?

A：The review time may vary depending on the package size and content. Once the review is complete, the result will be displayed in the Publisher Portal.

Q: What should I do if I encounter issues when uploading an asset?

A: You can refer to the official documentation for guidance. If the problem can not be solved, please contact us at assetstore-support@unity.cn.

Q：I don’t have a Unity China account. How can I log in to the Asset Store?

A：Please go to Create a Unity China ID, or on the Asset Store homepage, click Sign In → Log in with Unity ID → Create a Unity Account on the redirected page to complete your registration.
