Enable AssetBundle compatibility for Instant Asset.

In addition to enabling Instant Asset here, you must also enable it in the Editor Settings. Instant Asset is a new build approach that is quite different from the traditional AssetBundle workflow. Its key advantage is the ability to load objects directly from Library artifact files.
