widthWidth of the RenderTexture in pixels.
heightHeight of the RenderTexture in pixels.
colorFormatThe color format for the RenderTexture.
depthBufferBitsThe number of bits to use for the depth buffer.

Create a RenderTextureDescriptor with default values, or a certain width, height, and format.
