Throws ArgumentNullException if profileId is null. Throws ArgumentException if profileId is not avaliable, i.e. when GetAvailableProfileIds does not contain profileId. Throws ArgumentException if profileId is read-only, i.e. when IsProfileReadOnly returns true for profileId.
