The change state (e.g., Added, Removed) of the tracked mesh.

The ChangeState is relative to the last call to XRMeshSubsystem.TryGetMeshInfos. For example, a value of MeshChangeState.Added indicates the mesh has been added since the last call to TryGetMeshInfos.
