설명

Try to bind the texture stack globally for all shaders.

Try to bind this texture stack to all materials so it can be used for sampling the VT. This will try to bind the needed resources but because of thread scheduling, some might not be available at this time. If binding was not successfull an exception will be thrown and you should try again at a later time (for example next frame). Rendering with the stack if this function return False is undefined.
