This function collects the terrain mesh normalmap data from all Terrain tiles in the PaintContext into sourceRenderTexture
.
This function is called internally by TerrainPaintUtility.CollectNormals.
Important: There is no corresponding ScatterNormals function, because the normals are not stored, but calculated from the heightmap.
