Similar to UnsafeUtility.MemCpy but can skip bytes via desinationStride and sourceStride.

byte* sourceBytes = (byte*)source;
for (int i = 0; i != count; i++)
{
    UnsafeUtility.MemCpy(destinationBytes, sourceBytes, elementSize);
    destinationBytes += destinationStride;
    sourceBytes += sourceStride;
}
