By default native containers are tracked by the safety system to avoid race conditions. The safety system encapsulates the best practices and catches many race condition bugs from the start.
But sometimes you need to express job & data access that doesn't fit into the safety system. This attribute lets you explicitly disable the safety system for that specific container. This gives you full control but it also means that if you for example Dispose() a NativeArray while a job is running the safety system will not be able to give you any error messages at all. Unity will most likely crash in that situation.
