Using the Move tool

Use the Move tool to move the Select tool’s tile selection, as the Move tool can’t select tiles by itself. Hold and drag selected tiles to another position on the tilemapA GameObject that allows you to quickly create 2D levels using tiles and a grid overlay. More info

1. Select the Move tool from the toolbar, or by pressing its shortcut key M.
   

2. Move the selected tiles (highlighted in orange) with the Move tool to a new position.
